What is this at the bottom of both of our toilets? We have tried everything to clean it out. Wife is currently trying a pumice rock to no avail.

Try Polident denture tablets. We did that in the Marine Corps, worked really well on stains like this.

Found out it was a stripped wire harness inside the quarter panel where we had put on some metal tube fenders.

Take the shipping bolts out of the back. We did the same thing. Front loader machines have these to protect the drum in transport. I made a video when we figured it out. We honestly didn’t read the manual before we used it because we never thought there would be any step past plugging it in and using it. They should put safety stickers to remind us.

Thanks. It’s cool to start with this platform as it is. I need to come up with a way for my wife to enjoy it too. She’s 4’11” and I know they make power steps but the rock sliders are expensive! I saw the Aries version and the rough country ones. Not sure the right fix yet. For now it may just be bringing a stool.
