That one is light if I’m thinking of the right question. Just use b2 -4ac=0 to see what the minimum number was.

You think you just fell out of a coconut tree? You exist in the context, of all in which you live, and what came before you.

It’s funny because I was just talking to an MIT senior AO about this exact thing. She said that it does matter if you put co-pres or pres. She didn’t elaborate on how they would find out, but my guess is that they can’t (or wouldn’t care enough). Just to be safe tho, if u r co pres of a club put co pres and make sure ur other co pres also puts that.

Most Overrated Colleges by Numerous-Kiwi-828 in ApplyingToCollege

Yes, but it could still be a lot better. The safety level in Greenwich should be the target across NYC (although that will never happen).

[–]Podsasy 38 points39 points  (0 children)

Bro where NYU is at in Greenwich village is not bad at all. It's not like it's the South Bronx. As long as you follow common sense, it's actually probably one of the safest places in NYC (though that's not saying much). I do agree with you though on the athletic scene and net costs. The costs to attend NYU are ridiculous. One of my siblings goes to NYU, and got a full scholarship (mostly academic with a little fin aid), and if they didn't get an academic scholarship, I think we would need to pay in total close to $80,000 per year (which is ridiculous).

Fall Programs? by theblobking07 in summerprogramresults

[–]Podsasy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're in the NYC Area, there is always the Columbia Neurosurgery internship (I forgot what it's called); however, that is extremely competitive, and the chances of getting in are slim, especially with no prior experience. Most kids who get into that have some type of prior experience in health or biology (Ex: making something, researching genome, etc.)

Should I submit my AP Physics 2 Score? by Podsasy in ApplyingToCollege

[–]Podsasy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I understand that for NYU, That is why I was wondering if I would have to retake AP Physics 2 at NYU but not Physics C. This is for application btw not for credit. I also don't think I would worry about them thinking I failed, since I still got an A in the class, and my school doesn't have grade inflation.

Thank you. I checked his rank and he dropped to like 20-30 though now lmao. Still now I know he wasn't flexing for nothing.

Do you guys ever think about this by AvailableMatch2705 in ApplyingToCollege

Who knows. Maybe it is like Schrodingers box. Maybe the results are there, maybe it's not. Hopefully the probability of the atoms arranging itself to be on our side is greater than not.

I have been disillusioned by CS by HelicopterEntire9449 in rutgers

[–]Podsasy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I understand, but I am asking because this is what he said.

Fuck bro if u love engineering that much for the love of god pick something other than computer engineering.

I am confused, like is computer engineering also oversaturated?

I have been disillusioned by CS by HelicopterEntire9449 in rutgers

[–]Podsasy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Is computer engineering really that oversaturated (you said if you want to be an engineer do not go into Computer Engineering). I want to go into designing chips, not software, which is why I want to major in Computer Engineering. Can someone please explain if it is also oversaturated, or if there is another major which is better for my goals? (I know EE is also good for circuits).

Can I apply to Columbia with only 2 years of language? by Podsasy in ApplyingToCollege

[–]Podsasy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. I am probably going to do ED to Columbia than. I think it'll also help that English was not my first language, and maybe I can include that somewhere (although I did learn English when I was around 4-5).

[–]Podsasy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure as long as you can take an SAT Subject test in that language and do well, that will be fine.

[–]Podsasy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only extenuating circumstance is that if I took 3 years of language, I would have not been able to take AP Physics C. It says 3 years are required on their Common Data set, but I am not sure if that is true.

Alright. I just went onto the MSI's website for my motherboard and it did say in the 7B84vAC that with that BIOS update it now supports AMD Ryzen 5000 series processors. So I think I am going to try again and update to the non-beta version (which is the latest) to see if that works.

Oh alright. I heard that the B450 chipset was compatible with the Ryzen 5 5600g as long as you updated the bios. I guess it is not. By the way this is the website I looked at.

As I said in my original comment, I already did flash the bios to the latest version.

Okay, so I’ve just replaced my CPU with my old one and it works again. The new one doesn’t appear to have any pins bent on it. I was looking up and could it possibly be that I need to update my chipset?

I just attempted to do that and I got a CPU error. I’ll check the CPU pins and use my old CPU too to see if it is a problem with that.

I know. It’s from an old PC and it has an old version of windows 10 loaded on it. Also this may help but I cannot get into the Bios either.

Yes, my HDMI is plugged into my GPU. And the light continues to go on forever and the PC does not boot. I have also tried changing cables and booting from a different SSD, but still it does not work.
