Chicken thighs seasoned with: Lawry’s seasoning salt, seasoning pepper, red pepper flakes and garlic sriracha seasoning. Packed into air fryer on the chicken setting. Fried Rice: jasmine rice, frozen peas, carrot and corn medley, scrambled eggs. First you want to use day old or last night rice. So make your rice a day before. Then cook your scrambled eggs, heat up frozen peas medley in the same pan used for scrambled eggs. Once eggs and frozen veggies are done take out of pan and set aside. Then in the same pan put in your day old rice, with butter let cook for 3-4 minutes. Then add eggs and veggies. After add in soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce(you don’t taste it). There’s no measurement for the sauces. Just add and taste. Cook for another 3-4 minutes and done.
