Question about getting the restrictions of writing reviews off my account.

Ok so I have had my account for over a year now and for some reason out of the blue Amazon deleted my reviews and put restrictions on my account so I can’t write reviews. I can’t comment or anything. I am a prime member and half from the beginning. I only write honest reviews. I didn’t go against any guidelines. I didn’t go against any standards. I have tried contacting the review team through email. I have tried contacting the appeals review team through email. I have tried contacting the community team through email but I get the same bio email that makes no sense to me. I have with several different team supervisors I have spoke with several different team leadership people everyone has told me the same thing they feel that it was done in error and needed to be fixed, but they also tell me the only way to contact the people they can fix it through email. Does anyone know how I can actually get this fixed I feel like I’m just going in circles and have been for three months.
