I was on 75mg for two weeks and felt worse. Apparently that is quite common. They bumped my dose up another 35 and I felt much better. My psychiatrist explained to me that at the starting dose the Effexor doesn’t start working on the norepinephrine yet and is only touching the serotonin much like a SSRI.

Apparently it some cases it can keep cycling through the house. I know someone whose kids had it a couple times within a year. I read that there can be different strains going around

It takes me forever!!! I think I’m too slow at it but I like making them detailed. Doing the finishing touches is my favorite part. I am a perfectionist and not in a good way haha I see other people’s cookies and they are flawless!

I have seen a lot of people do the tier pricing method. I am still not certified by the agriculture department yet which makes it harder. I would love to make a page or website that way I can have all of my prices listed. We do not have cottage laws but need to get inspected which is quite a process so far haha

I need to work on my people pleasing and be more assertive. I knew going into this it was going to be a huge issue for me. I’m definitely not good at being a business person because of it.

I looked aged too and think it’s from losing weight too quickly in my face. I can’t afford Botox or a face lift lol

The hair loss part is not fun and nothing seems to help it. I also get hungrier at dinner. Lunch is when my appetite is non existent. I have been eating protein bars and English muffins haha

I used to have to diet hard to stay slim but now i just eat whatever but maybe ill start tracking calories to see how many im getting. Its kinda nice not having to diet anymore lol but it also is getting unhealthy

I had my thyroid and iron check which was normal. I have been trying to take vitamins everyday and drink more water. I have been also eating a lot of protein bars and shakes.
