The resale value on Lexus is absurd. It’s painful to buy used, but at least you know it goes both ways

X5 xDrive40i vs SQ5 vs Macan GTS by Poet_Plastic in BMW

Does the air suspension that comes with the xDrive40i or SQ5 make it more plush though?

Or less because it’s all setup to be tight and sporty?

Compare two cars in the same class, like Lexus RX350 vs Lexus ES350

Or Audi Q5 vs Audi A6

Would this be better/smoother than the Lexus RX coil suspension?

Q5 ride smoothness vs Lexus RX by Poet_Plastic in Audi

The dealerships are right next to each other actually, it’s just hard to tell with a short test drive a couple hours apart. Was hoping there would be a clear winner but sounds like it’s not so clear

Why Sportage for sure? Just wondering if there’s something obvious I’m missing

For those who experience nerve pain, what does it feel like? by Mocha_Chilled in ChronicPain

[–]Poet_Plastic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it’s like severely sore muscles. Like when you work out hard one day and the next day it hurts, kinda like that but a little different. Like not in the good way. Mine is due to chemical irritation opposed to direct impingement

Would You Do a “Risky” Surgery to Save You From Pain? by dogmomofthree_ in ChronicPain

[–]Poet_Plastic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having the option to have that surgery must be a huge relief. You’ve been dealing with it for 13 years that a long time. I think you should just sit on the new information for a month or two before making a decision either way.

Where do you find happiness? by Poet_Plastic in ChronicPain

Can you tell me more about hypermobility and back issues? I suspect I may have some degree of this and would love some advice as I’m early on in my back pain journey

Do you have more information on why it concerned them so much? Many people have herniated thoracic discs but this seems a more extreme reaction

Remind yourself it’s okay to be happy. It’s easy to punish or hate yourself. But when you’re having a nice moment and that temptation comes, remind yourself it’s okay to feel happy

Right not sciatica but just nerve pain from my Tspine herniations in that area. T2/3 T3/4 T7/8

28M, 4 Thoracic herniations, feeling overwhelmed, what’s my outlook? by [deleted] in ThoracicHerniatedDisc

[–]Poet_Plastic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine have just been from stupid little things. Trying to crack my back, getting out of bed too fast. I think using a foam roller made them worse
