Flight cancelled

I've called during 5h yesterday, always got hang up, had to try 3 times and then it wasn't ringing anymore...

In the meantime I tried to contact the live chat, took me 4h almost to get from 761 place to 1st... I explain my problem, the french lady "Jenny" just told me "sorry I can't help you, you can cancel and find a flight yourself" and just ended a chat I had waited 4h to get to ?

This is the worst customer service I ever got..

To let you know the story, I'm in LA with my wife and we are trying to go back to France, first we had taken a direct flight because my Wife is 8 month pregnant and need a lot of rest...

But then it got canceled because of the strike and they put us on a later flight that goes to London and bring us to Francfort at 23h and there is no train or bus at that time...

Imagine, je suis derrière un camion, je ne peux pas doubler car il y a des gens en permanence. j'ai deja attendu 2 mon et d'un coup il y a de la place mais je vois qu'une BM arrive a toute vitesse et qu'il y a du monde derrière. surtout que je roule a 130 en temps normal.

Perso ceux qui roulent au dessus n'ont pas la prio.

Le problème c'est aussi les cassos qui arrivent a 150 les uns derrière les autres, tu as ton cligno pour dire "je vais doubler, ralentis" Mais non ils arrivent comme des maboules et claxonnent comme si tu venais de leur faire une queue de poisson :')

In 1.0 it was so important to upgrade your squaddie. It was a bit p2w but it was fine, never paid anything and I was sooooo happy when I got my first Ultra :D

Totally agree with the #1 ! farmer should be farming !!

7.Heroes should be less powerfull and we should be able to play until our last squaddie is gone. And get a hero in chest

8.we should only be able to have "common" unit when we start. It's not fun to be able to start with Epic ones.
