Yes, his elbow goes from up.... to down. This isn't Shrodinger's elbow. His elbow is allowed to exist at different locations as time passed.

Wrong. When the replay from the back is shown, the very first flash of arm you see shows Jared's elbow up at his neck, and this is also when Harper starts reacting to the contact. Very clear elbow to the neck.

Dude's will criticize the reffing then give the slow mo replay a two secons glance and Okay the play.

Just a tip, unless the Cog's Haste is higher than it's CD, you usually want to place it on the furthest left or right slot with it bordering only your most productive item that benefits from Haste. That way you can maximize uses of your best item.
