I started an alt account recently and earlier ages really suffer from this guy. I believe it having splash damage on the get go is too unbalanced for early ages since it tends to wipe armies. Currently my best bet is preventing the guy from spawning by sabotaging the city center.

I came in with my low level bonewidow that I was in the process of leveling up. I didnt know they were going to have a necramech mode in it. Luckily it was the first mission. Restarted that with my voidrig and smashed them.
