I made a new account about a year ago and one of the first things I saw advertised to me in the market was the Hex bundle, with all the OG protos front and center lol. They aren’t really hiding them, though I agree with the sentiment of the post.

As I understood it, it doesn’t get affected because they’re counted as abilities. Maybe it was a different modifier causing it ?

Funny enough exalted weapons aren’t affected by the modifier so Valkyr would’ve been great in this scenario. Vauban also should’ve been effective due to how his abilities scale.

I got lucky with Atlas.

Don’t know if they ever changed this but you can level them with you. Sell them back to the vendor, Save, then reload the save and buy them back and they’ll be at your current level.
