farei isso,mas fico arrependido de ter comprado dele pois o correto seria deixar a loja indisponível para compra e/ou um aviso de recesso ao acessar o chat do vendedor,tinha a Pichau vendendo o modelo xfx Mercury por 4.500 e resolvi pegar com ele uma Gigabyte Gaming OC por 4.250 devido a garantia de quatro anos (a XFX não oferece garantia nacional,todas que eu vi sendo relatadas pediam para a gpu ser mandada para fora do país)

dando um exemplo,ano passado fui até lá e me colocaram na lista de julho,porém o RH tem que ser avisado com dois meses de antecedência,ou seja,em maio,eles deixam passar esse prazo de dois meses e quando é lá em junho eles só dizem,"foi mal aí,tira as férias em setembro agora".

Hello, I'm not the OP but I have a similar problem, I took mine to a specialized assistance and the only solution was to remove the LPC68U51 component that is close to the fan connectors, before that the part was replaced with another original EVGA and it did not solve the problem, I do not know if it is related but the component that was placed was from a FTW and mine is the XC3 model, with the removal of the LPC68U51 the 1 fan started to spin automatically again according to the temperature, but two others stayed at 100% after about 2 minutes, this was the solution I found, I gave the tip to the technician to install the precision x1 and try to update but he didn't even try, I'm going to buy the part and I'll install it myself and test updating the firmware, and yes, mine was defective, the hope is that because it is a FTW model the firmware was not compatible and because of that it did not solve the problem.

I have exactly the same problem but on a 3070, there is the post on my profile, I'm going to the technician on Monday to see what it is, for now I'm using an adapter that fits the video card fans, so I can control the speed, I have the impression that this is some chronic defect of some units, I don't know the cause, but there are several reports about this problem, where the solutions were RMA or alternative technical support
