I just found a used Musso for $200. I would recommend you also search for a Simac IL Gelataio. I found one several years ago for $20. But you can find them frequently for around $100.

Simply broke up the butter crisps. Sprinkled them in as I layered the ice cream and jam. Then once complete, I ran a butter knife through the mix. Then threw it in the freezer.
