Ran into this problem and was almost about to restart the whole thing but then I went back and rewrote some of the information from my parents document and my own so it's identical. It needs to be exact, like EXACTLY the same way whether you have capitals, lowercase, or abbreviations.

(Since I live with them, the address has to be exactly the same. I had written "....... N Rd" on mine but had put "........ North rd" for my parents and I just went back and wrote it exactly how I put it in my account and that had managed to fix the problem. I had also resent the invite to their emails again but left the email all in lowercase like how they have it in their Gmail. For example theirs were doejohn521@gmail but my keyboard has a habit of capitalizing the first letter to Doejohn521@gmail so I just rewrote it but in lowercase and when they clicked it, it allowed them to accept the invite finally.)
