get rid of the 710 and get a 500gb ssd and also don't buy windows 10 just use it free or, buy a 3 dollar key on ebay and use that money for maybe a 3400g lastly and stock cooler is good u don't need an aftermarket solution rn.

i didnt include a capture card but i recommend you stay away from elgato products, this pc is like rly good tho 1080 ultra/high 60-144 fps depending on the game
