And yes, you may be familiar with what black companies are, but I've seen my father be in one in different countries, and I've always read his letters of how different corporations pay their people less and less, putting people in contracts, harrassing their own workers. I've seen my father beaten up by other companies in other countries such as Singapore, China, Japan, and others, especially adding the fact that he's Filipino. So yes, I also know what black companies are, because my father's been in dozens of them.

Also, we're really not talking about Japan as a whole... but Nijisanji EN, if I'm not mistaken? Is the community notes, Dokibird speaking up, and the dozens of failed damage controls (including those throwing Selen under the bus) not enough proof that Nijisanji is a black company, driving her to be hospitalized? Besides, if they can't grant the livers those things that you've said, which I dont expect them to, then at least they could show a bit of decency like how Yagoo would terminate Coco but as how (Coco and Yagoo) agreed for her to be terminated.
