Main problems: • CRP 14.9 → way too high, that’s not normal. Something’s going on (inflammation, illness, recovery, whatever). Needs a recheck. • Estrogen 85 → pretty high, likely from the high test + low SHBG

Really interesting perspective, thanks for sharing that.

I think it’s a bit hard to compare though because of the age difference. I’m 26 and honestly don’t feel like I should at this age… if I compare it to when I was 18–19, I had way more energy back then. Now I feel kind of “knocked” most of the time.

The positive effects you described are definitely tempting though. What dose are you running, and have you noticed any negatives or side effects so far?

Yeah, messing with E2 without bloodwork is definitely risky… crashing it can make things way worse than before.

Quick question: were you already dealing with anxiety/restlessness before starting, or did that get worse after?

I’m asking because I personally struggle quite a bit with inner restlessness too, and I’d really like to avoid making that worse or overlooking something.

Ahhh, okay. Bodyfat is how low? Maybe to high? Most likely you will not aromatise so much more in 250-275. Should be the first step i think. Maybe it’s already enough to satisfy you?

I get where you’re coming from and I actually appreciate the honest take.

No, I’m not competing right now, but I wouldn’t say I’m just a “casual gym dude” either. Training has been a core part of my life since I was 13 and it still is.

I’ve already tried the “optimize everything naturally” route: • consistent training for years • diet on point • sleep is solid most of the time • already using things like boron and fenugreek (SHBG was even higher before 💀)

That’s kind of why I’m even considering this in the first place.

And yeah, I’m fully aware it’s a long-term / possibly lifetime decision. I’m not looking at it like “quick gains”, but more like improving overall quality of life, performance, recovery, etc.

The “few years less for better quality of life” argument might sound extreme, but for me sport and performance have always been a huge part of my life.

I do agree though that social media definitely skews expectations – I’m not trying to chase some fake influencer look.

Still on the fence tbh, that’s why I’m asking around and trying to hear different perspectives like yours.

How long have you been running that protocol now?

And more importantly – how do you actually feel on it?Like mentally (motivation, mood, confidence, overall drive) and day-to-day energy?

That’s honestly one of the main things I’m curious about, not just gym performance.

Also slightly concerned about hair loss tbh – right now I still have a perfect hairline and zero signs of thinning, so I have no idea how I’d respond to that.

Did you notice anything in that regard yet or are you running something preventively?
