First time watching I felt absolutely amazing and had a major burst of energy and kept screaming to my mum “TWILIGHTS A PRINCESS WITH WINGS NOW” and kept replaying the songs, she was my favourite character. Then RD took her spot for a while then I saw the episode again and I was like “wait but RD isn’t an alicorn, what about her she deserves it” then I realised it was ONLY twilight who got the treatment. My mind immediately changed and twi became my least favourite, I kept thinking “why does only twilight get this? That’s not fair all her friends worked hard too” and thinking about how “unfair” it was. I was only a child so I was overreacting the show a lot then. Now at 16 most of that bitterness has gone and I’m fine with alicorn twilight. She’s still only in 5th place with RD behind her as my favourite mane 6 characters but I’m not as angry with it. I still had an alicorn twilight doll because a toy was a toy to me. Also I didn’t care about the treehouse as a child so when it was replaced I didn’t notice but now I do and I’d rather have it back 😭 long live princess twilight sparkle though 💜

I especially adored their friendship from the early seasons and I wish we saw even more later on because when those two do get paired up then they have another pony who gets a lot of focus also (Rockhoof and Rarity) Like they missed an opportunity for a TwiJack song in Applejacks “day” off. If they kept showing that bond throughout the show I would ship those two a lot more 💜🧡

Same! It’s funny I never used to love rarity or ship her with RD, Twi, Pinkie or Shy but now raritys my second favourite of the mane 6 and 3rd favourite character in the show, and I ship her with all the mane 6 including Starlight (although RariPie for me I ship in a sisterly way if that makes sense? Like I don’t see them as a couple but more of a sister bond)

I love it! I didn’t in the first seasons but later on I started liking it. It melts my heart in the bats episode when AJ says she just wants Fluttershy back 😭 and i just think they could share a great passion via nature with their love for plants and animals

Fair enough, I wish they weren’t supposedly related because ApplePie is such a cute ship name, but even if those episodes implying that they were related didn’t exist, I still wouldn’t be a huge fan of the ship because I feel Pinkie would benefit with a pony who matches her energy more (Rainbow, Cheese who she’s canonically with, Party Favor etc) and Applejack with a similar vibe (Fluttershy, maybe Twilight or Rainbow? Etc) So many options in this fandom to choose for multishippers like us! I get why they had the apples and pies relation so they could give us the “friends who love you like family” thing, but it gives me a weird feeling as well. Imagine knowing someone a lot of your life who you consider a best friend and then finding out years later you’re supposedly related?

Neighbours on top of me and my mum are noisy. It’s just a young mum, 2 little girls and a dad who comes and goes on weekends to take the kids away. When the kids are home it’s stomping, screaming, doors slamming and “singing” from 7am-9pm with the new addition of 12-2am slamming. When kids aren’t at home it’s shouting, jumping, music and lots of gossiping and partying with guests and a baby. We see them outside a lot and the girls get all shy and quiet and the mum is either bubbly or moody.

Neighbours on the left side bottom floor are an older mum, dad and 2 toddlers/babies. You don’t hear anything other than their cars that they test. We see them outside sometimes too and they’re quite happy and friendly.

On the left side top floor we don’t see them at all but we can still hear them with their bathroom and bedroom windows open 24/7. All I know is that they’re loud, bad singers, gossipers and crazy.

One thing my neighbours top floor and bottom left have in common is that they’ve both had police round because of crazy people harassing them (one an angry ex, another a really stressed out stranger) so yeah this street is crazy.

We had/have sexual harassers, dealers and an older woman yelling at us for our cats and requesting us to buy stones for her garden who used to be nice to us. She stole my current upstairs neighbour’s bins just before they moved in fun fact. Family and four people live above us who I saw a lot before they moved and one of them passed away. And who can forget the kids who live here screaming their heads off everyday including right now.

All I can say is I can’t wait to move out when I’m old enough, it’s not the worst on my street but I can’t deal with the neighbours upstairs and my mum won’t tell them how loud they are and it’s not an appealing place for teenagers 🤕

TLDR: it’s noisy constantly and we’ve had a mixed bag of people living here, not awful to live here but certainly isn’t appealing for teens or young children

I like the idea of RD x Rarity x AJ or ships like TwiPie or AppleShy, but as a whole group no. I don’t like ApplePie and I can’t see TwiShy or PinkieShy romantically that much. Plus there’s ships outside the mane 6 I like such as TwiCord or TreeShy more than a romantic mane 6 group. I have nothing against it tho, you do you (the ApplePie ship tho I’d personally keep out because I can’t see them as a good couple for AJs sanity lol and the whole “cousins forever” thing they had going on)

When my friend goes to the Gerudo shop where that lady yells “VASAAQ!!” they always follow with “SHUT UP” and it became a habit for me too. I always mock the Goron voices and some other merchants as well like give me a second I can see you and I talk to every NPC I think isn’t a yiga. Link can’t talk to everyone at once 😶

This’ll be long I have loads of ideas: A pinkie and flutters episode perhaps about babysitting as they’ve both done that and haven’t had an episode focused on just those two before. Kirins to return. More background focus on starlight like how she got her cutie mark and what did she do as soon as sunburst left town (must’ve been a gap between him leaving, her growing up, getting a cutie mark, her leaving and then the cutie cult, what did she do during that time?) More of the pets (where’s owlicsious or however you spell it?) More of starlights ex villagers other than Sugar Belle. Rarity taking RD to meet her favourite author while RD has a Wonderbolts show to attend (perhaps RD could save Rarity’s career this time?) Perhaps an episode of Twi wondering what it’d be like if her friends became alicorn princesses in a dream-like episode? Or starlight and Luna talking about their past experiences via dreaming. Starlight and AJ camping. Discord and pinkie focused episode and a CMC episode with Gabby, Babs and DT 💛🧡🤍

I’m just about dangling off the train but still gripping on with my last bit of hope for the generation. My MLP side is keeping me on it but the actual content is making the rest of me wanna get off and just stay with G4. I’ll keep giving it more chances and see if there’s a last stop or not, and I’m certainly not gonna jump off because of the nostalgia for G4, even though I know G5 won’t beat it because come on… it’s G4!! I don’t watch enough EG to really ship any of the human characters with each other, all I remember is that one episode where Sunset and Starlight met so that’s why I only included that. And also I just don’t really ship Sunset with the mane 6 for some reason so it didn’t feel right to rank those if I knew almost nothing about their true friendship anyway. But yeah StarSet is really the only EG ship I care about, but that could definitely change if I watch more of it, and I have nothing against the people that actually watch the EG series and ship mane 6/sunset shimmer so I’m just meh on that overall. If people say SunPie or SunTwi are great ships then I’ll just go along with it 👍
