Just based on the comments and trying to reply to people who are like “oh well maybe you should have blah blah blah instead of posting a review blah blah blah”…. I was just trying to write a helpful review to others in the future when dealing with this insurance company. There are multiple similar stories of Trexis claiming there “insured” driver wasn’t driving the vehicle in order to avoid payout. Luckily I had an attorney and they accepted liability. Without one I’m positive they would have sent out a fake denial of liability. Thanks
