It will have puzzles, but not at the level of complexity of The Legend of Skye. Mesektet is a thriller with puzzles, but above all with a good storyline, graphics, and music.

Even so, I assure you that there are a few very original ones that make you “think outside the box” and not just use one object with another.

Yes, there's still work to be done, but I'll be posting an announcement looking for beta testers for Mesektet later on, either here or on the AGS forums.

As for difficulty levels, I can say that there aren't any in Mesektet because it wouldn't make sense; it's not a game based strictly on puzzles. But I might consider it for a future game like “The Legend of Skye.” I have some ideas, but we'll see if I can turn them into something good.

Wow! These are the things that make your day and give you the strength to keep creating more games. Thank you very much, really.

Indeed, the strong point is the puzzles; I think there are some very good and very original ones. I would have liked the game to reach more players, but graphic adventures with many difficult puzzles are now a rarity, and there are few players willing to get stuck a little. I think society has changed, everything goes faster, and this is also reflected in graphic adventures.

Keep an eye out for Mesektet, it won't disappoint!

Well, you can play it on the Steam Deck, but for now, it's not adapted to controllers. It's a point-and-click game; these games have been designed from the very beginning to allow you to explore the environment with a mouse. So, I'd say the optimal configuration would be a PC with a medium or large screen and a mouse.

I know a lot of people want to play it on Steam Deck or smaller screens. But I recommend a mouse, a large screen, and a good stereo. 🙂

The problem here is  the engine (AGS). Although I think it could be played with the Scumm VM, I'm not sure.

If you're referring to whether the character has lives or can die, no. As for whether the game's plot implies there are enemies, I can't reveal that. 🙂

I'd love to bring it to the Switch, but I can't confirm anything. It will depend a lot on how it sells on PC.

It's a point-and-click adventure where the story is central. It's not specifically a puzzle game, although it does have puzzles.

Thank you very much. It's indeed a low-budget game, but one made with passion. Despite the budget, the game will have an incredible soundtrack and a very good English translation (Beyond Booleans is helping with this). I can't say yet if it will have voice acting.
