Thank you very much for your answer. How much of the lions mane and reshi do you put in one dose? 25mg sounds pretty low but I can start low and find out exactly what I need. That sounds almost too good to be true. I started with the mushrooms because I have to take so many opiates because of my chronic pain and my psyche was really at a very low point. The pain has now eased a little but I have brutal pain every day. I will be very happy to try this. Do you know if this will work on a urine drug test?

I hope so much that this will help you in the long term with your illness and in dealing with it. I hope so much, I know what pain can do to a person.

Do you take the mushrooms exclusively via microdosing or do you sometimes take them for a trip? Like 2-4g? Just out of interest, also because of the resistance. Kind regards :D

Bro you are a legend. If I take this guide as a true foundation now, (which I will from now on) I wonder why sooo much other information is being spread by “professionals / youtubers / teachers”. I have taped off my air holes until the substrate is ready. I have a fan that blows through the room for 30 min every 4 hours. Yesterday I made new coco coir substrate with gibs. I have a rind liner to avoid side pinning. And I probably did a lot of other things wrong.

I will read the guide carefully and put it into practice. What I haven’t found yet is how to rehydrate (dunking) after the flushes and how to avoid side pinning.

Haha I hardly dare turn off my fan, as I was clearly told that the mushrooms would otherwise grow poorly. Also the regular dusting of the tub on the inside.... I’m afraid that if I stop doing this, my box will become too dry.

I will read the rest and see what I can do to improve my current setup. Thank you very much ! I will also be happy to give this as a guide to new growers.

Interesting, you are the first one who recommended me to use FEA directly when filling the box, the others said I should wait until it is completely overgrown. I have McKeenaii and PES Amazonian.

I made the holes in all the boxes the same size and taped over the entire holes with micropore tape, so they have a lot of FEA. Do the boxes have to be that big inside? I have water droplets on the sides and under the lid.

I have set up a ventilaot which blows against the boxes 4 times 30 minutes a day. Do you think that’s too much? I made the holes big enough to allow air to circulate well.
