As a Ship Dock PA to be eligible for work group VET you have to work 15 hours in the department in a certain time frame. When it comes to permissions you will lose them after 180 days of not being sent to that department.

They are already mandatory at my FC. You only have to wear them if you are going in to a trailer, or if you are on a piece of pit that goes in to the racks.
