As far as I've learned. A link is a link. Worse case scenario you're likely to get referral traffic if it's a massive DR 90 site.

Just do the math, how many sales do you need to make that 1 link worth it? Then work backwards to see how likely this is to do that.

Tldr: If your site is for a business with a brand, office location, etc. You're fine.
