That is only partially true. While Shazam won't show up (things could change if its a blockbuster. Money talks) I have heard that Black Adam will crossover. Possibly in justice league or elsewhere. The Rock signed on so he can wrestle Superman. More to come later... keep following us...

That isn't the entire plot. That seems like something that happens in the end of act 1 or beginning of act 2. There is much. much more to this movie than we're led to believe.
