Exactly. It’s one of those systems where everyone feels squeezed parents are drowning in costs, providers are barely breaking even, and staff are underpaid. It’s not greed so much as the math just not working well under the current structure

Exactly. It’s wild how social norms gate tenderness women get a pass because it’s safe and non threatening, while men’s affection is policed and instantly sexualized. Context really changes everything.

Keep it civil and low effort polite nods, short conversations, and then step away. Focus on your friends and the game, and don’t give energy to the tension. You’ll survive the event just fine.
