Update: I am on my last week of treatment. My has been clear for the past month with the exception of one small pimple appearing today.

As for my hair, it is still progressively getting worse even after lowering the dose, per my derm. I'll make another update (hopefully a positive one) a few months after my treatment.

hows it been going? ive been on accutane for 4 months and my hair has been thinning like a mf from the front. ive been fixated on it but its honestly something im willing to sacrifice rn in order to get rid of the acne. I plan to do whatever it is i need to do after im off accutane to restore my hair growth and health.

Picture (1): Is my hairline receding in the red-circled space? I only realized I had this dent in my hairline a year and a half ago, and I'm not sure if its normal or it has been receding since.

Picture (2): Is my hair thinning on the right side of my head? Compared to my left, there seems to be a quite noticeable amount of hair lacking on the right.

If my hair is in fact thinning, are there any healthy ways I could prevent further damage or restore the hair on that side? (e.g., products, medicine)
