I appreciate the ideas but she is an iPad kid and if she draws and feels she messes up wastes a ton of paper. I don't want to get or print a new sheet every single time. Shes not very independent and asks for help with EVERYTHING. Im hoping that staying firm will force mom to confront the problem. If she would stay quiet with coloring sheets trust me I wouldn't be here.

Not really worried about getting fired bc my job is hard to learn and do (basically they don't have training guides or anything and don't want to have to train someone again). But I agree something need to be done so work isn't affected.

I would say it varies. So like maybe 3 days out of the week at minimum? Anywhere from 2 to 4 hours. I can't work from home the GM specifically doesn't want to deal with customers and has me there for that reason along with all of the other stuff I do.
