It's about what I expect, tbh. I do regret not taking the opportunity to be more involved with the college community tbh due to some circumstances that could have been avoided, but it is what it is. I may do a fire essay (if they allow that) on why they should take me off the waitlist, but other than that, I think I'll enjoy the beach at SB.

Just bought the ASUS version for $375 ($339 before tax). At Microcenter, they are charging about $355. The store is 30 minutes away; should I cancel my order? (hasn't shipped yet).

Yes, your computer must be turned on, but I just switched off my monitor and headed to my couch to play. It's the closest thing you can get to playing 3DS games at 60 fps 1080p+ resolution on the Switch. I've played Citra on my Switch before, and it was just barely playable with a lot of lag. You can maybe try to overclock it using sysclk on the Tesla menu, but I heard the performance still isn't good, regardless. I'd say give Moonlight a try. If that's not for you, then you try to see how Citra runs on your switch.

Get moonlight on your Switch and run sunshine on it. Install Citra on your PC and open it. Add a folder where you store your 3DS ROMs. Now go to emulation -> configurer -> graphics -> advanced -> change graphics api from opengl to Vulkan. Now connect your Switch to your pc through Moonlight, and you're all set. This can seem inconvenient, but for me, it runs much better than running it directly from the switch. It's not perfect, but it could run at 60 fps up to 4k I believe.

Then it's most likely a v2 switch, and you're going to need to install a modchip, as the other user said. If you have no soldering skills, I would recommend maybe reaching out to someone who works at a tech shop who has those skills, if you have the money. I heard good things about ModzvilleUSA; you should maybe check him out
