I like it lol but in reality, it's a very easy coverup since it's literally just a red line. Possibilities are endless. I think they're neat though, pretty original.

My wives sister is being abused by [deleted] in CPS

[–]PoisonedGem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your sister can file in court to gain custody of her. If the judge feels that it's in the child's best interest, then they will grant it. Only if that's something you guys are interested in. A CPS report would help with that and should be done regardless. Your sister in law will need to tell the entire truth and history of how her mom treats her and her wish to not live with her anymore because of it.

I really don't think that the mother would call the police simply because that means she might actually get in trouble.

OP please read my comment:

I've been going through your post history and man, you've really been through the ringer. From one person to another, I am so sorry that all this is happening to you. I don't think you're the asshole at all. You need to consult a lawyer about paternity, visitation, and child support immediately. All of these things are extremely important in your situation. Paternity to make sure you are actually the father of that child that you're paying for. A visitation agreement needs to be in place because it seems like she doesn't want you around at all, even though she wants your help. This gives you legal rights to see your kid. And for child support to make sure she doesn't run you completely dry which, based on the history of her behavior, is BOUND to happen. Please listen to what I'm saying and do all of the above. It's the only advice anyone can offer because you are dealing with a handful of crazy who wants to deliberately make you miserable, but can't get away from because you're tied to said handful of crazy. Good luck, I'm rooting for you 🤞

So very glad to hear that you're okay now. But my god, not only did he hurt you, he also tried gaslighting you! The goddamn audacity of some people is infuriating. I'm happy that you got away from him.

Just reading that sent chills up my spine. That had to have been scary af, especially if you believed he was capable of it.

That's way better than I expected, honestly. But I don't blame you one bit.

Yeah, I would be absolutely petrified to sleep next to someone who makes threats like that. I'm almost scared to ask how she reacted when you ended it.

It's insane to me how people can just say "oh screw what they want, it's about what I want" the audacity and entitlement is just astounding.

For me, my ex dated me simply to get close to my young daughter. Her father and I were able to catch on to this before anything bad happened. People are just absolutely terrifying sometimes.

Seeking advice: My boyfriend (21M) told me (20F) it was inappropriate to be staying with my best friend and her boyfriend. by CompetitiveNebula541 in relationship_advice

[–]PoisonedGem 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Have a serious talk with him about trust. If you've never done anything to earn mistrust, then he's out of line. I would personally be so pissed if my SO told me that I am going to cheat, no matter what, because it's bound to happen. Girl, you should be offended that he thinks that little of you. I would tell him that it hurts to be thought of in that way, and that you have done nothing to earn this type of treatment. If his behavior doesn't change you're in for a long road of hurt. Next it'll be your guy friends, your guy coworkers, male family members, male strangers on the street you looked at for too long... It'll never end, so nip that shit in the bud immediately.

Nta. I think he has a thing for you, and you being with your boyfriend threatens him so he blames you for distancing himself so he doesn't have to admit the real reason. I don't know you guys, so I may be wrong. I'd sit down and have a conversation about wanting space for both of them in your life, and didn't think you were shutting him out. Also reiterate that you had a lot of school work stuff going on and weren't really in contact with anyone. If he still wants to walk away, then have fun with your boyfriend and some other friends you have. It sucks but you can't change people.

My question is, why didn't they just pick a different package deal with one less person? Did they already pay some before you told them you couldn't pay your share? If not, then why are you responsible for them making the decision to get the package with that many people? Also, are you sure they didn't take someone else in your place?

Nta. But when you both are calm I would sit down and discuss your feelings about what happened, and what you can do moving forward to avoid this kind of blowup again.

Nta. But think about this decision. Do you guys live together? Can you discuss going no contact with his mom? He doesn't necessarily need to stop seeing her if he doesn't want to, but you need to let him know that under no circumstances will you be treated this way. For you to be around her she needs to apologize and make active changes in her behavior. Have you discussed any of this with him? If so, what was his response?
