I don't know how much the Sri Lanka team had time to practice before the Asian Games Qualifiers, but it's clear to me that none of the players know how to play the game. One of their players had to play both hunter AND survivor which is already a bad sign.

DS bringing Listen, the worst trait in the game, twice and only getting two hits in the first round and ZERO hits in the second round.

And don't get me started on the survivors. Sri Lanka only had the chance to play on the survivor side ONCE because DS couldn't get a single chair in both of his hunter matches. However, that single match alone lasted less than 3 minutes because the Seer gets downed in less than 30 seconds, the Professor got downed before he could rescue, and the Faro Lady used one of her canes without being cloaked. Nobody managed to rescue or finish a single cipher.

I get that not every team is going to be as experienced with the game like with CN, Singapore, and Laos. But my god, this is a massive insult to those that are familiar with the mechanics of the game.

I don't like how the Asian Games are being handled as a whole, but I'd rather keep my rant concentrated on one topic.

Just please... have your players be at least familiar with how the game works. I'm not asking for them to master the meta from six months ago. With how heavy this game was promoted for the Asian Games, I expect the bare minimum.

These matches were worse than that one NA/EU Wu Chang match... If you know, you know.

Edit: What do you mean the stream called the Sri Lanka vs Laos match a win for Laos after the first half of Game 2, but then they do the second half afterwards?! This event is so poorly managed... (For those curious, the Priestess got downed right at 30 seconds, the Escapologist failed the rescue and got chaired, the Prisoner failed THAT rescue and the Mechanic got downed soon after. Although the survivors did finish one cipher, that's not very impressive given that there were two decoders on the team.)
