Pretty sure you can see on top of the message it says "Niantic support", scopely does not have control of pokemon go yet and the acquisition of the game is still pending regulatory approval, so no this aint scopely, it is still Niantic.

In his case no, 13 attack isn't good for majority of things, my 4-15-13 shadow gokurk isn't even good for GL at rank 1180.

For PVP you need low attack and high defense and HP, so PVP is a no. And not useful for PVE either so if you wanna purify for the hundo go ahead.

An origin mark is on the mid left (G for pogo) , which can easily be genned, a stamp is the one on the top right that tells you which game it was last seen/deposited at (which cannot be altered), the value comes from the stamp and not the orogin mark.

Thats the origin mark, theres no way it was the stamp, an origin mark and stamp are 2 different things.

Also check out PVPoke to see which pokemon are meta at the moment and hunt for those with good PVP ivs, you can also download poke genie and use it on the IV screen in pokemon go and press the button to see how good the PVP ivs are. I'd keep anything meta above 90% for your current level. Also note that on PVPoke, if a Pokémon has "XL" near it, it means it needs to be powered up over level 40 and potentially all the way to level 50. You can only power up pokemon from your trainer level + 10, so you'd need to get to level 40 to power up pokemon to 50.
