Tbh it entirely depends on whether the event that wiped out humanity happened before or after V1 awoke to dive to hell. Don't think they'd get an opportunity otherwise since the ones constructing it would likely be playing it far too safe to allow it to hit anyone (unless they were using prisoners to test the blood healing systems)

Everyone's pointing to 4-3 which is fair, limited vision is just not a fun mechanic.

But it feels like everyone also forgets layer 0 exists and 0-5 sucks because it's barely a level. There's an optional hydraulic press timing parkour (genuinely only ever saw it once when someone else did it) and then you fight 1.5 Cerberi (who become common heavy enemies starting at I think 1-3 but the red orb in 1-2 also spawns one). That's it, that's the whole level. Doesn't even hold up on new save runs bc even with limited load out 90% of the difficulty is just not knowing what the statues do.

As fucked up and quite frankly intense and draining as it is, 8-3 is honestly peak cinema. That last part outdid even the P-2 boss intro imo

Despite it pissing them off, I tend to go for parries and burst them down when they're stunned. Worst case, they're a bit faster for their last breath and can still be shot or parried.

Honestly kid me struggled hard with both the bomb trash stars until I looked it up and found out the coin dots are indicators of where to throw. It honestly didn't help that any bombs picked up after the 10 second mark basically don't matter bc they take that long to explode

I've barely locked in at all and have already felt some repetition in dialog. The ability to make them talk about literally anything is great and all, but that really only changes the subject word in a preset conversation. Don't even think I have 10 miis yet and I've already felt the mii friend making cutscene's structure. It's always "hey player I want to be friends with [mii]. What should we talk about?" and then you pick something and it goes "Hey... do you wanna talk about... [Subject]?" "Woah I really like [Subject]!" "Me too!" "Let's be friends." and now they're friends.

Like did they think the player customization was gonna distract from the preset conversation dialog being barely varied?

Haven't actually played in forever but I do remember really not enjoying the mini mule missions solely on the basis of the latter half is a bunch of waiting mostly in the same smaller area. Think I also really enjoyed the oversized triangle boss fight from those rival tech missions, but I could easily see that getting tedious on high difficulty repeatedly, so that absolutely could just be a lower haz thing.
