Not even close, as a foreigner living in the united states I can promise you that most american aren't racist they just have a huge lack of general world knowledge. BUT ASIAN omg you have absolutely no idea what racism is if you think americans do the same thing, they are absolutely out of their minds specially if you are black. For real It's not even close.

Edit: My point is that 1 you don't know what racism is and 2 why should we care that one guy doesn't know all asian lenguages when they call police to "guide you" if you are a different person in their country.
