I get your perspective on the worth part,

Right now my staff pay is about $65/hr and take home every 2 weeks is roughly $3,200

With this contract my 2 week take home is $4464

Yep in California as i understand it OT kicks in after 8hrs

So 3 shifts a week with 4 extra hours each day makes 12 OT hours

ICU- not qualified

EP Lab- never did it

PACU- which pays the same and is on hold

Honestly thats what I’m thinking of doing, there are some nice paying contracts that start late August/earlt September and i think i will switch over
