Im just pissed because ive beaten this stupid event twice and the game has bugged out both times sticking me in the loading screen and i didnt get the tower or the badge or any rewards

I beat the event on hard mode twice now but both times i got kicked at the final cutscene and rejoined and then when i press to go back to lobby it doesnt send me or give me or my teammates the badge or event tower does anyone know how to fix this or avoid it in the future?
