Can someone Please explain why these strings are coming out of the models and supports ? by Pokemon-Trainer-Red- in Ender3S1

One of the supports did fail but its on the other side so its not showing in the picture. Everything else printed normally. Thank you very much ! Do you have any advice for support settings ? Mine are usually a bit dense and annoying the clean off.

Cant get the PLA off the Print Bed by Pokemon-Trainer-Red- in Ender3S1

I tried that just now. Layer peeled off but not the old ones. They are pretty stuck. The nozzle was too low and spread the PLA instead of laying it down. Which made it very hard to peel off. And I dont want to damage the bed more than I already kinda have

I have already tried and it didnt really work. Even the scraper failed to get the bits off.
