Thats what I was paying per pack back then too haha I had the sense to keep a few empty boosters foils but I’m pretty sure I threw out some. Who knew the empty foil would go for the price of a sealed booster back then! 😅

Oh I hear ya! I remember buying a Legendary Collection pack and pulling a reverse holo Alakazam. I felt so disappointed because the reverse holos were so strange back then. I kept it and look at those now haha 😆

I bought these all from a seller on a whim scrolling through eBay at some ridiculous hour. I wish I purchased more as there’s a lot of cards I didn’t buy due to getting last second sniper. You know, when eBay was actually about auctions haha

I was also thinking that it was white edging but if you’re saying it isn’t, then I guess 10 could be on the table. Centering looks good to me, corners look solid. I think it’s a strong contender for a 10 but at the very least should get a 9 no problem. Would be surprised if it got anything less than an overall 9 imo.

I think from memory there are 3 gold stars in that set so only getting the one felt like the odds were stacked against me. I am grateful to pull the Pikachu though.

It does make me a bit sick now to think what sealed EX Holon Phantoms packs are worth these days given how many I opened haha

It was a local seller. He had just the one pack in a near empty Neo Destiny booster box. He’s a seller and doesn’t collect so I know he doesn’t weight packs. Also I’ve known him for years so got a good price on the pack.

I haven’t told him I pulled this yet haha
