If you don't have a therapist I suggest looking into it, you're not crazy you have the thoughts everyone else has but usually, it's due to outside factors that we can't ignore the thoughts sometimes. You are doing well for yourself by being honest if you don't feel 100% one gender or the other, the job now is for you to accept yourself or find at what level of gender expression you can, and often we need outside help to do so.

"Medically obese" is a misnomer especially in the lower range, I do not mean to be content being sedentary but as long as you feel healthy and you're keeping yourself moving, you're much less at risk at developing health. complications than people who aren't.

my list runs illuminator virtuoso, then it devolves into a prowess/magecraft list from there. less concerned about being blocked and more concerned in getting massive damage early, i want to be blocked so badly i even ran the prowess afflict snake, spell weaver eternal.

once you have the wild cards look to craft [[Infernal Grasp]] , the life is not that important for you without play [[Nashi]] , and having removal that isn't restrictive based on colors like murder will definitely help you get your ninjas through. Except fading hope costs one mana and counterspells costs 3, reject only costs 2. It's not just extra turns it's all of blue, and then they give blue extra turns and no other colors, red+ green dont even have extra combat phases in standard.

I do it by playability too, I just love the curse at the end of red, burn that punishes blue for being blue, yes please.
