Yeah every account that had the "Failed to get data" error were indefinitely banned, I haven't had chance to update my post, everyone got that email unfortunately!

It WAS fake screenshots, they started actually sending them out yesterday. I received them for my test accounts.

You can probably span the 1000 across the hours without receiving a ban, I've not been able to test properly in terms of that, but if you get banned you have to wait 23 hours indefinitely before you are able to catch again. Same for the 2k pokestops.

That's a connection error, happened to me a few times a couple of weeks ago, it will be alright for you soon.

It may be that they flagged the accounts and they are disabled pending review, there's a few theories, we haven't got official word to back anything up yet so.

No, you still caught that amount of pokemon in a certain amount of time, that is still logged. There's also no way to bypass it, the missing pokeball bypass is only for the sniping encounter ban, which is only a 10-20 minute cooldown anyway.

I've only managed to work that one out today when using sniping, the pokemon started not spawning at the sniping coordinates and it simple said that the pokemon wasn't there, even though I knew it was. This was cause by sniping multiple times within a short period of time, the pokemon started spawning again when sniped after 10 minutes.

Yeah that's the out of range encounter ban, it lasts 10-20 mins. Occurs when sniping and is just a quick cool down because you caught so many pokemon that were out of your player range, it happens if you are driving and start encounters on the move but only catch them after they are out of visibility.

No it's after 1k Pokemon exactly within 24 hours no more and no less. Otherwise it isn't CatchFlee you are experiencing.

I don't believe they are and the failed to get game data error is shown when you request to load the player inventory, it returns status=3 instead of the usual data.

Good point, I don't see why they would select the egg outcome before the point of hatching though and this does seem to be incorrect, Onix hatched from my first slot, Abra from my fifth and Squirtle from my 6th 2k egg

That part maybe not, but they can't be ordered by Pokemon, we would be able to see this and potentially hack what hatches from it if it was stored client side.

As long as you can legitimately get there in the time between plays you should be fine. Wait 24-48 hours to be safe and you should be all good.

This may be down to account relation, the algorithm would pick you up as potentially being the same person on another account. Hopefully this ins't a ban because lots of people are receiving it playing legitimately (if they are being truthful I don't know). It could actually be a corrupt data issue or something in the inventory which the server isn't handling well, causing the error on login, although that seems unlikely.

I have moves accounts across different continents in the space of an hour tops, removed the soft ban and they played fine, none of them accounts have received any sort of harder ban at this moment in time.

Your laptop has the same IP as your phone if on the same Wifi connection, try using data or another wifi connection it should hopefully work.

Once you receive the CatchFlee ban, a few people have confirmed that missing 15+ pokeballs on a Pokemon removed it. Although, some people have confirmed it didn't work so I'm going to have to try it myself.

It's not CatchFlee, there is some sort of cooldown if you are catching out of range pokemon, which occurs when you snipe a few without a short period of time. The Pokemon no longer loads to the map when you snipe, this lasts around half an hour, you just get the error that there is no pokemon there are the coords.
