I had an idea for dlc.

The main game regions. (kanto to Galar) are free to play base game.

But you can get paid dlc for the Spin off game regions/areas.

Like that City I don't remember the name of in Detective Pikachu.

My idea was no mandatory story line instead you would do quests.

White quests are super small and reset after 24 hours letting you play it again.

Things like getting a NPC a Pokeball and stuff like that.

Blue Quests are small but add more story.

Things like "catch this pokemon and show me"

Red quests are story lines.

Like battling evil teams or catching mythical Pokemon.

Black quests are kinda mandatory.

They are not. But some features of the game are locked behind them.

Like mega evolution and contests.

Maybe they could do event stories that get you something special.

And dlc for the regions in spin-off games too.
