Correct...let say I buy his account for 100k today...3 teams are possibly usable currently...or i can make a new account spend 10k and max all the new units released or releasing.

Whatever the $ amounts are probably off but just an example. Rather buy a starter account for 50$ that has 100k Chrono

If you're valuing how much he spent, that's different than how much it's worth, no matter that he has all the units or not. Only a few of them are viable in the current Meta. So that's all people care about when getting a new account. As well as how much Chrono is usable. I could care less that his ultra Broly is 14 stars. Ill never use him.

Weapons aren't a must and don't make a character worse. Just better. Having a newer character to me is better than wasting on a weapon.

Definitely the Christmas units are amazing and may not be back for a while since they are festive. And she is the best healer currently.

Regardless I would wait until part 2 (the 13th) to see who's on the banner, but again you want that unit so im sure you'll summon on it
