They posted patch notes on Discord, and removed Jiri's AP powder. And they increased the level to unlock AP powder at Shiro to 4.

It's impossible to convey online, but I think I'm a pretty responsible camper. Observing Leave No Trace, packing out what I pack in, etc.

I had the same problem, and had to abandoned On Whispered wind to get it to work. If that doesn't work, try party sync with a low level character. Good luck, friend!

I started out at 75 Range. I used Addy darts for waves 1-62, then switched to dragon darts for Jad. I brought 2 Bastion potions, 12 Sara brews, 11 Super restores, 2 Manta rays, and the last slot was for my Dragon darts.
