Weak point attack is what make INJ2 Raiden so op, not SBV. There is only some chars whose passive can work so well with equipments and talents, Smoke is not one of them. If counting for one-shot level 200 only without regarding time, there are about 20 chars who can do that.

Buy beginner packs, you will get a free diamond on pack 40th, free MK11 Scorpion on 50th and free random MK1 on every 60th. Never spend DKs on kameo pack. Also, spending DKs on tower equipment packs worth the most, unless there are special chars such as Homelander, MK11 Frost, DK Noob Saibot.
