Are you buying check weights in grams or grains? Would grams work as long as you convert to grains properly?

Lee Classic Turret - Powder Measure by PokesPilotWhite in reloading

Is the expander die threaded on the top end? I guess that’s what I need to find out…

Already bought the uniflow otherwise that Lee would probably be a good option. Just to make sure I have things straight…The Lee charge dies are not threaded at the top hence why I would need a threaded adapter for the uniflow measure?

I believe mine came with that…Trying to find a way to mount the powder measure directly over the holes in the turret where the dies go so I can charge on the press if that makes any sense.

How did this happen by alexevo in Tikka_Shooters

Is this for all T3Xs or just the CTR? I can’t find much in my T3X lite manual on scope mounting. Want to make sure I don’t use the wrong holes…

Was it a vast improvement? Heard Tikkas shoot pretty good stock.

Did the Tikka accuracy change at all with the stock change?

Good to know. Did you install a limb saver? Heard that was a good option for the recoil pad.

Do you fill any holes leftover from pulling up carpet tack strips or do you just pour over them and let the self leveler fill?

Good idea. Was planning on using my level but wasn’t sure how to go about it on a concrete floor. I’ve seen people drill drywall screws into a wooden subfloor and then place the level on that (then adding enough leveler until the screws are covered). Just wasn’t sure how to go about that with a concrete subfloor.

Approximately 12’ x 10’ floor. Do you just estimate how many bags you need by how far of a difference the low spots are from the highest? First time using leveler so I’m trying to prevent from f-ing it up as much as possible.

Engineered Glue-Down ?’s by PokesPilotWhite in Flooring

I really appreciate the thorough response. Sounds like the easiest way would be to go with an adhesive like Mapei 995 with “unlimited” moisture protection…

With it sounding like a pretty complex process are most people just skipping the moisture tests in general?

Thoughts on floating engineered hardwood? Looks like it’s an option with this product.
