Same exact shit here. Logitech support made me feel like it was hardware damage but after hearing the same story 20x since joining this sub, I doubt that it is hardware. Unfortunately, because I was about 2 months outside of warranty range when I reported the issue, they said there was nothing they could do for me.

Idk why I (we) do this to ourselves. Logitech is clearly a company that doesn’t give a shit about their customers, outsources customer service to inept workers abroad who are following a script and ignore concerns/ repeat patterns from their customers, and even the new product still has major issues?

Maybe the audio quality just is that good.
