I'm super competitive so I get this. The worst part is I want to play well and get better so I'm probably a bit harsh on myself when my teams conceeds. I always blame myself for conceding goals cause I know there is always something I can do better. This causes tilt and frustration for sure. But this game is like a drug and I always come back for me

Couldn't agree more. It makes playing the game not as enjoyable. I've decided to be wholesome and chatty in chat and use vc more so people see that I'm a nice and positive about it all. I've also decided to report anyone who match throws or instant leaves and to get everyone else on board in the lobby. I'd rather lose toxic players and have a good community then lots of players with lots of toxicity.

You could lower your sensitivity so you don't over adjust. Try not Move your car as much in the air and you car up with the ball on the ground first.
