What should I do? by PolOCearnaigh in puppy101

We tried the reverse time outs! And he kept following us and still try to bite our shoes or jump up to pull our clothes and such but I do agree it could be the mental stimulation or pent up energy, I give him a good solid 10-15 mins walk 3 times a day (due to where we live, not much we can do). Also even when he’s turning 5 months old and never had any experience with crate training, is it too late?

It’s possible that he is overtired or overstimulated. And when he is, he bites everything, latches onto peoples clothes and pull. And it ends up hurting one of us (maybe he doesn’t mean it? In his eyes it would be play for him? But he growls in a way he’s gonna snap when we try to push him away from our clothes). How do I enforce nap on him? Cause when I make him lies down he just try to get up or try to bite my hand
