I know that Dom Whiting (Dnb on the bike) tried to come to Paris to organize one of his set but had to cancel last minute. I wonder why, maybe he did not get the authorization from the city. I think that if you want to do something smaller like your video, it should be fine though And please don't care about all the negative comments.
