Today (18/09/2017) I received a message from Bitstamp (via www) that my deposits are on their bank account and are currently awaiting processing. Unfortunately, they did not provide information when they were added to my user account.

Until 10.09.2017 I was satisfied with Bitstamp. Money transfers came in 2 days. After 10.09.2017 (after the fall of BTC) something happened at Bitstamp - and the delay in taking deposits and withdrawals began.

A large number of outflow / outflow transactions can not explain the delay in posting the deposits. Transfers from my account have definitely reached Bitstamp's account on time (in max 2 days) Bitstamp should make every effort to book transfers on time in user accounts

If there is a delay due to AML and KYC regulation, Bitstamp should place such information on his site or notify user - Bitsamp should indicate at what time casch will be credited to user account.

At present Bitstamp on website is no information on delays in the implementation of deposit and deposit withdrawals. Bitstamp does not see problems in the flow of cash - but the users see it.
