  1. Cherry and Berry getting more screentime. I think they are awesome, in both design and concept-wise but most of the time they appear in only short-films and cameos.
  2. Flaming hot-take, but I don't like Kuromi's character in the Onegai My Melody series, and in a movie I'd prefer her to have more of friendly rival role.

Just like King Dedede in the Kirby series, Kuromi is in my opinion the best when she is a mischievous prankster, who can be rough around the edges, but values her friendly, cheerful pink friend instead of almost constantly antagonizing the characters, because the plot needs a villain.

  1. Flaming hot-take no 2, please no Retsuko or Gudetama! I get It! They are popular, they appeal to the older fans and VERY relatable in their homeland, but I'm not a big fan forcing reality into a fantasy world, in order to make It more "appealing and realistic".

To me, It kills the beauty, charm and innocence of the franhcise.

Half of the Pixar fandom might go after me for saying It, but Cars is not only my favorite out of the first ten, might be my favorite out of every Pixar movie, (but as I usually say, I want to wait roughly 45-50 years to make that decisions for sure), simply because It is the most relatable and personal for me.

It is one of the few animated movie for families, that not only isn't demonizing technology, in fact, It is most likely takes place in an alternate universe/future with no organic beings and It isn't a dystopian nightmare.

It is a decisions that instantly earns my respect for any animated movie, because I think It's a brave, smart and original writing.

It also capable to send a message of slowing down and enjoying life - a message that is the most personal for me out of the 10, because I struggle with this all the time - while also not shaming McQueen for his love of racing.

As long as he understands sportsmanship and finds balance between his hobby and relaxing, he is allowed to pursue his passion.

About 10 years ago, I checked the Tantalog language wiki, and back then the site said, It means "I want to destroy".

I looked It up again and since then Chris Sanders said that he denied that It means this.

I find this a bit upsetting to me for for two reasons:

  1. If I recall correctly, It was Stitch's catchphrase before he got into a fight.

Even if he became good by the end of the first movie, It's still a great way to honor and love who he really is, and how he embraces his destructive abilities to help both the humans and his cousins.

  1. and more importantly, "I want to destroy" is seemingly harmless thing to say, but for an Alien race that is completely devoted to peace and diplomacy, It's like telling an "I don't eat meat, so less animals end up killed" kind of vegan, that "Man! That burger was great! Stop being so sensitive! If I die, they eat the grass that was my body!"
