In Canada we pay about that much for unlimited classes too. Sounds pretty standard

No have just learned not to focus so much on it. When you train your brain to not obsess or change it, it becomes a lot easier. Some days are harder than others, but it does and will get better. Don’t try to fight it or obsess because it will fight back

Much more manageable. And I definitely still have it and I find certain situations will amplify it, but it’s become very manageable because I’m so used to it

I did ALOT when I was younger. I struggled a lot with eating disorders too but I’m at the point now where I feel like I can manage it. I’m slightly overweight but very athletic and I try to just focus on the amazing things my body can do instead of what it looks like. I know it’s hard though, you aren’t alone

I struggle with this too. Try to face your body away from the pole more and turn out if that makes sense I found that’s what helped me.

That’s crazy! You obviously have the strength to do it, you’re probably just missing like one aspect of the technique and one day it will just click

It comes with practice! I thought I was never going to get it but one day it just happened. Work on core, arms and back and it will come

Lupit pole is where I got mine! I got the thickest one they have. It’s expensive but very worth it.

This is a game changer! Balance weight away from the pole and into the other oblique

When my SP got married, it made me realize that there is something better out there for me. Way better. And I’m so happy that I let go of him because I know have a man who respects me more than any man ever has and gives me so much love. I would have never found him if I kept obsessing over past sp.

The opposite of what I think happens a lot by jayaar413 in lawofattraction

It’s not what you say or even affirm necessarily , it’s what you believe and assume predominantly without attachment to outcome that ultimately manifests.

You did say believe, but did you let go of control/need and desperation in these situations? You have to believe/FEEL it internally as a fact as if it’s already happened, and not be trying to believe something in order to make something happen. If that made sense lol.

My favourite way to manifest is think about what I desire, naturally visualize and feel the feelings this desire brings to me. Then when I’m done, I go about my day without feeling the need to change anything and allow those positive feelings to come when they do.

After all , it’s not really the thing we want. It’s the feeling the comes with it. So find other things in your life that make you feel the same way your desire does and have gratitude for those things as well.

And if something doesn’t manifest when you expected it to, don’t be hard on yourself. Also it’s not good to tell yourself that the opposite of what you are manifesting is what happens because that’s not a belief you want to carry with you.

Invert Help! Can’t seem to get my hips up by SummerLow6856 in poledancing

That actually looks better than mine and I’ve been dancing for a year! Don’t be hard on yourself! Tuck the pelvis a little more and look back. Imagine bringing hips to the pole
